Liqueurs

Originally liqueurs were used to promote health in the Middle Ages – but thankfully now they’re simply used for pure enjoyment of their wonderful taste and creamy texture. Liqueurs are often featured in vibrant cocktails as a finishing ingredient – or they’re occasionally used as a digestif to cleanse the palate after a meal. But these incredibly diverse drinks have much more to them.
