The Macallan A Night on Earth – The First Light is a limited-edition Speyside single malt whisky released in 2025. Inspired by the first sunrise of the new year in New Zealand, it’s matured in a blend of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks with some ex-bourbon barriques, bottled at 43% ABV. Expect notes of vanilla, berry compote, toasted oak and Manuka honey, with a warm, lingering finish of spice and sweet oak.
