Our Couriers
Orders are dispatched with UPS or DHL, depending on your order's size, weight, value, and destination. We choose the most efficient and secure option to ensure your Delivery arrives safely and on time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to you.
Shipping Addresses
We deliver to all postal areas within Belgium and selected European destinations. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses, hotels, or unsecured communal locations.
Receipt & Signature
Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival. If that's the case, the courier will aim to notify you in advance. This helps ensure your parcel is received safely and securely.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in these cases.
International Shipping
If you're ordering from outside Belgium, local import duties or taxes may apply once your order reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or delivery price.
