The Dalmore Quartet is a Highland single malt that brings together four cask influences. After maturing in American white oak ex Bourbon casks, the whisky is further matured in first fill Bourbon, Apostoles and Matusalem sherry casks, and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. The result is a fragrant, layered whisky with notes of red grapes and juicy raisins, complemented by hints of chocolate and liquorice.
