The Dalmore Quartet is a Highland single malt that brings together four cask influences. After maturing in American white oak ex Bourbon casks, the whisky is further matured in first-fill Bourbon, Apostoles and Matusalem sherry casks, and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. The result is a fragrant, layered whisky with notes of red grapes and juicy raisins, complemented by hints of chocolate and liquorice.
