The Dalmore 21 is a Highland single malt matured in American white oak ex Bourbon casks and finished in first fill sherry casks that once held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso. This considered cask pairing brings together bitter dark chocolate, Seville orange and Colombian coffee with Black Forest fruit, roasted walnut and marzipan. Refined and richly layered, it is an exceptional aged Scotch whisky for marking a special occasion or adding to a distinguished collection.
