Port Charlotte 10 ans est l’expression emblématique très tourbée de la distillerie Bruichladdich, sortie en 2018.
Tourbé à 40 PPM, ce single malt d’Islay a vieilli dans des fûts de bourbon américain et de vin français. Au nez, on découvre du caramel salé, des brownies au chocolat, des zestes d’orange et une pointe d’algue salée. En bouche : fumée de chêne, air marin, biscuits à la crème vanillée et raisins blancs. La finale est intensément tourbée avec du pain grillé au seigle et du pain d’épices.
